📘 GUIDEBOOK | Age-Fighting Drugs for Longevity
The aging research community has been looking for drugs and supplements which could extend lifespan and healthspan.
Several have been identified and studied in laboratory model organisms, such as the fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster), a clear nematode (C. elegans) and rodent models.
In fact, scientists have nailed extending the life of C. elegans. Which is promising, but still many species away before these drugs reach humans.
Nonetheless the age-fighting drugs, Resveratrol, NMN, Metformin and Rapamycin show promising results which could redefine how we approach aging.
I’ve created a guidebook to help educate you about age-fighting drugs and allowso you tocan follow the latest research and know when theyse could be approved for public use.
In the guidebook, I cover:
What age-fighting drugs are
Senolytics
Resveratrol
NAD+ Boosters
NMN
Metformin
Rapamycin
Calorie Restriction Mimetics
The guide is totally free.
📚 Book of the Week
Not a book, but a show.

I’ll be back to being a bookworm soon enough.

The Law According to Lidia Poët
Rating: ★★★★★
This Netflix series based on the true story of the first female lawyer in Italy is phenomenal.
And a mega plus - the cast is absolutely gorgeous.
The outfits are spectacular and it’s in Italian.
Could the law be any sexier?
